what is a create craft-off?
The Create! Craft-Off is a competitive small-world building experience where every maker starts with the same supplies, the same theme, and ninety minutes to build something completely their own. At the start of the round, a Visitor Wildcard Card is drawn— a surprise gift that every world must incorporate. Halfway through, a Plot Twist card raises the stakes. When the timer stops, hands up, tools down.

Compete or Just Have Fun
Play competitively with a Create judge scoring on small world building, technique, materials, and storytelling — or keep it social and just share what you made.

Designed for adults who like to make things and be a little competitive about it and kids who can handle a hot glue gun and love a creative challenge.

Build your small world inside a shoebox as a ballroom, drawing room, tea salon, garden party, or any space that belongs to the world of silk, scandal, and social season. Think candlelight, floral arrangements, gilded details, and the faint sound of a string quartet.
Adult Disney
Your shoebox is a world that exists inside a story. It could be the ballroom before the clock strikes midnight, the villain's lair after the hero has gone, the enchanted forest at dusk, or the wish-granting star's corner of the sky. The tone of your world is entirely up to the Visitor Wildcard Card you draw.
Fairy Garden Festival
Your shoebox is a fairy cottage — complete with a garden, a door no taller than a playing card, and evidence that someone very small and very magical lives here. Think moss, miniature flowers, twisting paths, lanterns, and the kind of magic you'd only notice if you were looking for it.
The Girl Era
Your shoebox is your dream personal sanctuary — whatever that looks like for you. Matcha and linen and a single perfect plant. Glitter and garlands and LED lights at full brightness. A reading nook that smells like old books. A vanity covered in affirmations. There is no wrong answer. There is only your era.
Through the Galactic Portal
Your shoebox is a corner of the universe — a space station observation deck, the surface of a planet that gets two sunsets, an alien market where the currency is made of stardust, a crashed spacecraft that someone has turned into a home, or the interior of a ship mid-wormhole. The rules of physics are suggestions here.
We Watched Too Much HGTV
Your shoebox is a room reveal. It could be an open concept living space with one unhinged design choice you can't explain. A kitchen renovation where you kept the original tile ironically. A she shed. A bathroom with a freestanding tub and a chandelier. Whatever it is, it needs to feel like something a host would dramatically unveil with tears in their eyes.
Wizard School
Your shoebox is a space within the wizarding world — a dormitory corner, a potion supply shop in Diagon Alley, a hidden alcove in the library, a greenhouse with one suspicious plant, or your own corner of the great hall. There should be evidence of magic, of study, and of a life lived between classes.

Your shoebox is a corner of the Sanrio universe -- a Hello Kitty cafe, My Melody bedroom, Cinnamoroll bakery, Kuromi hideout, or any space that belongs to a character you love. Think pastel, perfect, and packed with personality. Every detail should feel like it came in its own tiny gift box.
Studio Ghibli
Your shoebox is a space that exists somewhere between the human world and the spirit world -- a cozy cafe, a cottage in a moving castle, a forest clearing where something ancient lives, a train platform that only appears at certain hours, or a delivery service dispatch office with one very important package waiting to go out.
