How to book your party
Choose your Party Type
Open Studio, Arty Party, Private Event by clicking on the "learn more" button. That will bring you to our booking platform (Sawyer) where you will submit an inquiry.
Submit Your Inquiry
Submit your preferred party date through our booking system.
Secure your party date + time
We will send a request for the $150 non-refundable deposit.
The deposit link is active for 24 hours and secures your party date.
Confirm Your Final Headcount & Payment
Once your deposit is paid, you’re all set!
​Two weeks before your event we will reach out to confirm your final headcount, and the remaining balance will be due at that time.

Party Policies at a Glance
Deposit
A $150 non-refundable deposit secures your party date.
Private Events require a
Final Headcount
Due 14 days before your event. If we do not receive your headcount we will quick charge you based on the initial headcount number you gave us.
Headcount Adjustments
- Open Play Party Guests: $35 per additional guest
- Arty Party Guests (added by 72 hours before): $45 per additional guest (subject to supply availability — not guaranteed)
- Arty Party Guests (added within 48 hours): $60 per additional guest (subject to supply availability — not guaranteed)
- Day-of Add-On Arty Party Guests: $75 per additional guest (subject to space, staffing, and supply availability — not guaranteed)
If fewer guests attend than your confirmed headcount, the confirmed number will be honored and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Party Timing
Host families may arrive 20 minutes before the party start time to bring in food and decorations.
All guests must depart when the party ends.
​The host family has 15 minutes after the party to gather belongings. Our team will help pack up and carry items to your car.
Party Length
Parties last 90 minutes unless extra time has been arranged.
This does not include the 20 minute early arrival for the host family or the 15 minute host family departure. Guests must leave at the end of the party.
Departure
Guests must leave when the party ends so we can prepare for the next celebration. This is the responsibility of the host family.
Early Arrival or Late Departure
We are unable to extend time of the party on the day of the event.
​Early arrivals or late departures are subject to venue fees of $75 per 15 minutes.
Extra Time
Extra party time may be added in advance when available.
​Additional time is $150 per 30 minutes.
Payment & Non-Payment
Full payment must be received by two weeks before the date of the party.
​Invoices unpaid 5 business days after the due date may incur a $25 or 5% late fee (whichever is greater).
​Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be referred to collections or pursued through Travis County Small Claims Court, where additional fees may apply.
Failure to Respond or Pay
If we do not receive payment, headcount confirmation, or communication by the due date, Create Studio ATX reserves the right to:
• Charge the card on file to secure staffing and materials, and/or
• Cancel the event if the card is declined or communication remains unanswered
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Parties may be rescheduled for a $100 rescheduling fee.
To reschedule, you must contact us within 7 days of your original party date. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your booking will be considered forfeited and no rescheduling or credit will be offered.
Once rescheduled, your new party date must be scheduled and held within 45 days of the original party date, subject to availability.
For Arty Parties: if project materials have already been prepared, they will be held for 14 days from your original party date. After that, materials cannot be guaranteed and may need to be reproduced, which will incur an additional project materials fee at the current per-guest rate.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
